We hold your slot with a 25% deposit and confirm the package, theme and overlay artwork.

Setup takes around 30 minutes. Backdrop, ribbon, lighting and props — all dressed in for you.

How much space does the booth need?

We recommend a 3m × 3m clear area with a standard plug socket nearby and a flat, indoor surface. Outdoor setups are possible under cover — we'll confirm on a quick site check.

Do you travel outside London & Essex?

Yes. Essentials includes 10 miles from our base, Signature includes 12 — additional travel is charged at 75p per mile. No ULEZ or Congestion Charge added. Parking only if incurred at the venue.

How do guests get their videos?

Instantly — by AirDrop, QR scan, text or email. No app downloads, no waiting. Every clip can carry your custom overlay and music.

Do you require a deposit?

A 25% deposit secures your date. The balance is due seven days before the event. Both can be paid by card or bank transfer.
