A 360 video booth is a circular platform with a slow-rotating camera arm. Guests step on, the camera sweeps around them, and the result is a short cinematic clip — often slow-motion, scored to music — that drops onto their phone in seconds. Done well, it's the most-shared moment of any event.
About 30 seconds per group, including the share. Most events get through 40–60 groups in a two-hour slot.
Comfortably 1–4. The platform safely supports up to 250kg, so larger groups are possible — your attendant will guide you on the day.
Ideally a 3m × 3m clear area with at least 2.4m ceiling height and a standard plug socket within 5m. We can work with slightly less — send a photo of the space and we'll confirm.
Yes, under cover and on a flat surface. We need shelter from rain and direct sun on the camera. A marquee, terrace or covered patio works perfectly.
No — setup and pack-down are separate from your booked hours. We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before your start time and pack down after, both at no extra cost.

No ULEZ charge. No Congestion Charge. We absorb both. Parking is only added if it's actually incurred at the venue or nearby — passed on at face value with the receipt, never marked up.

Yes — every booking includes a custom overlay (your names, monogram, logo, date, hashtag). For corporate and bespoke events, we can also wrap the plinth, swap ribbon colour and produce branded intro and outro frames.
Absolutely. Send up to three tracks and we'll match them to the slow-mo.
A 25% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Both can be paid by card or bank transfer; we issue a VAT invoice on request.
Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date subject to availability.
Peak Saturdays (May–September, December) tend to book out 8–12 weeks ahead. Off-peak we can sometimes accommodate two weeks' notice — get in touch.
If the booth hasn't been used yet because of a delayed schedule, we'll do everything we can to flex the timings. Additional hours are charged at £75 / hr if available; we'll always check with you first.
