1. About us
The 360 Booth Co. ("we", "us", "our") provides 360 video booth hire and related services across London, Essex and the wider UK. Our registered contact address and business details are available on request via the360boothcompany@gmail.com.
2. Booking & deposit
A booking is confirmed once a 25% non-refundable deposit has been received and a signed booking confirmation has been returned to us. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event date. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where the balance is not received in time.
3. Cancellation by the client
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: deposit refunded in full.
- Cancellations 8–30 days before the event: deposit retained, balance refundable.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event: full fee retained.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may be accommodated free of charge once.
4. Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event we have to cancel — equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — we will offer a full refund of all sums paid, or use reasonable endeavours to source a replacement supplier of equivalent standard. Our liability is limited to the total fee paid.
5. Venue, access & setup
You agree to ensure that the venue: (a) provides a flat, indoor, level surface of at least 3m × 3m; (b) provides reasonable access for our vehicle and equipment; (c) provides a standard 13A power socket within 5m of the booth; and (d) permits our equipment and attendant for the agreed period. Setup and pack-down typically take 30–45 minutes each and are not deducted from your booking time.
6. Equipment, damage & behaviour
You are responsible for any loss or damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests, save for fair wear and tear. We reserve the right to suspend or end the service early without refund where guests behave abusively, recklessly or dangerously towards equipment or staff.
7. Use of footage
Copyright in raw footage rests with us; you and your named guests are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the videos for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may use anonymised or non-identifying footage for marketing only with your written permission. Commercial bookings are subject to a separate licensing agreement.
8. Liability
We hold £5,000,000 public liability insurance. Our total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with the booking shall not exceed the total fees paid for the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, severe weather, public health restrictions, transport disruption or venue closure.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
